The services provided by YourDialer.net, operated by Jefamed LLC, are not a substitute for traditional mobile or fixed-line telephones and cannot be used to place emergency calls (e.g., 911). You must have separate means of contacting emergency services. - RESTRICTIONS ON USE:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of our services and software. Some jurisdictions may have specific restrictions on VoIP services. - NO OWNERSHIP OF NUMBERS:
If a telephone number is assigned to you through YourDialer.net, you have no ownership rights to that number. Jefamed LLC reserves the right to change or revoke your assigned number at any time, without notice. - CREDIT INACTIVITY:
Credit purchased by any payment method is valid indefinitely. There is no limit on the maximum credit per user account. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any disputes that arise in connection to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, as detailed in Section 14 of this agreement.
